Beginning this Friday October 30'th, I will be testing out a new Fitness Newsletter for the next 12 weeks. You can sign up and subscribe at the link below. I am still learning how to use this software. Next week I will most likely send out the newsletter on Tuesday November 3'rd or Wednesday November 4'th. My goal after next week, beginning Monday November 9'th is to send out the main newsletter every Monday. I will also send out other newsletters during the week.
