So when does your body BURN the most FAT??  What time of the day do you actually burn the most fat??  What is the BEST time to actually burn fat??  Let's together examine all of these answers to see what is the best or correct answer.

But your metabolism actually increases when it is cold outside because your body has to compensate for the cold weather.  Therefor it raises its own internal body temperature when you are outside in the cold.  You may lose lots of water in a hot sauna or steam room or even outside on a hot day.
