7 FACTS that You MUST Understand if You are ever going to Lose Undesirable Weight and Burn LOTS of Body Fat!

1. It is VERY important to
understand that there is a BIG
difference between “eating healthy” and “eating for weight loss and fat
loss”. When people tell me they eat
healthy I respond back sincerely “Well you look healthy. Do you feel healthy?” And they always tell me yes. But then I tell them that, if your intentions
are to lose weight and to burn body fat, then you must eat in a certain way to do that.
2. Let me tell you about exercises such as crunches, sit-ups, and ab
machines. These are actually the LEAST most important
things to consider or do when trying to lose body fat in the mid section. Generally almost always in their first
session, personal training clients always seem to ask me and want to know what
ab exercises they should be doing. I usually tell them none for now. They then look at me like I am crazy! LOL!
3. Cardio exercise
routines and exercise classes can be fun.
But anything can become
boring if it is the same thing constantly.
Boring
repetitive cardio exercise routines and even exercise classes may only be
helpful at burning body fat for 3 to 6 weeks. The body does require some
consistent change or it gets used to what you are doing. It does not necessarily need to be
switched up every day however either.
4. You DON'T need to waste
your money on expensive "fat burner" pills or expensive
supplements. Yes they can assist you but
they are not magic pills! The closest
thing we had to that was Ephedra (Ephedrine or Ma waung) that is now apparently
banned in the United States. Here me NOW! Supplements and fat burner pills (properly
called metabolic enhancers) will only help you as much as you do everything
else you need to, including exercise, weight training, diet, and other things I
will talk about too! There is probably nothing wrong with your
metabolism! Read my book! Learn the
truth!
5. The BIGGEST LOSER is YOU if you don’t get your eating plan the way it needs to be. Your body needs food and calories to burn
fat and it needs them in just the right balance and requires it often to
continue to give it energy and nutrients to kick in your body’s natural
metabolism. Believe it or not, you MUST
eat plenty of food to actually lose weight!
